Full Frame vs Crop Sensor

Pros of full frame: better low light performance, improved ISO performance, superior dynamic range, good for large prints, shallow DoF
Cons: larger, more expensive, slow burst rate, not good for fast action

A full frame can create a shallow depth of field at smaller (narrow) apertures compared to crop sensors.
Conversely, a crop sensor is able to create deeper DoF at larger (wider) apertures compared to a full frame.

Full frames are good for landscape; crop-sensors are more suited for wildlife.
